A ChartFirst  Quarter in Review

God is so good. I’d like to give Him the praise for a tremendous first quarter. January started off with me speaking at Murder Goes South. That and a good week at the Wilds Music Conference brought my sales 10% above last January.

February was brutal from a weather stand-point, yet despite those setbacks we were in 6 signing events and topped last February by 11% growth in sales.

March came in like a lamb and went out like a kitten, but my month roared like a lion. Starting with a Home School Career Day, then going on the road to Hinesville, Dublin, Boaz, AL and Tuscumbia, we logged hundreds of miles and lots of smiles. Hosting the Christian Authors Guild, Coffee and Quill was a blast and finishing strong with a signing event at Sweet Spirit/Parables Christian Bookstore was icing on the cake. We posted a 25% growth over last March. All in all, the first quarter was a blow-out with a 23% growth over last year. Praise God.

In cyber-space news my Author Bryan Powell’s Books home page grew from 115 to 216 LIKES in just a few weeks. Thanks everyone for you continued support.

Already, April and May are booked solid and we are ramping up for another strong quarter.
